Senior Associate, Data Centre Infrastructure

Job Summary

Assist in the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of the organisation's data centre infrastructure — including compute, storage, network, and system integration components. This role ensures the infrastructure remains stable, secure, and efficient to support continuous service delivery within the Sovereign Cloud environment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Data Centre Operations

• Perform daily monitoring of servers, network devices, and storage systems to ensure uptime and availability.

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on infrastructure hardware and supporting systems.

• Support incident response, troubleshooting, and fault resolution according to standard operating procedures.
