Position: Senior Associate - Direct Tax

Location: Kochi

Qualification: CA Semi-Qualified

Experience: Min 3+ years of relevant experience in Direct Tax

Salary: 45,000 – Rs. 55,000 per month

Job Description:
- Assist in handling Income Tax assessments, audits, and litigation matters.
- Prepare and file Income Tax returns, tax audit reports, and other statutory filings
- Research and analyze provisions of the Income Tax Act and related regulations.
- Prepare submissions, appeals, and representations before tax authorities.
- Support in tax advisory assignments, structuring, and FEMA-related matters.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assignments.

Skills :
- Strong knowledge of the Income Tax Act, compliance procedures, and litigation processes.
