Senior Associate / Director, Corporate Finance Asia

The candidate would be part of a major insurance asset owner and fast-growing portfolio, working closely with multiple functions cross the Manulife regional and international entities for investment opportunities. As a member of the Corporate Finance Asia team, the candidate will contribute towards fixed income investment origination and execution, credit and thematic analysis, and sustainability implementation.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ All-round investment execution: participate in deal origination, due diligence, financial modelling, structuring, documentation, investment placement, to post-investment monitoring
+ Business development: liaison with brokers, peers, and borrowers/issuers; maintain strong understanding of the industries, credits pricing, relative value, and provide insightful and prompt investment and sustainability feedback on new opportunities and credit/industry cycles
