Senior Associate, Fund Management

Designation: Senior Associate, Investment Management
Department: Middle Office, ZACD Capital Pte. Ltd.
Reporting to: Deputy Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Responsibilities:
Fund & Cashflow Management
Fund Management: Assist in the management of all private real estate funds and investment projects.
Payment Tracking: Track capital repayments, dividend payments, and cashflow projections.
Commissions: Track commission payments for the RMs and referrals.
Investor Relations & Reporting
Investor Services: Assist with investor onboarding, customer due diligence, capital calls, and distributions, including liaisons with Relationship Manager and Finance team.
Client Reporting: Generate quarterly client statements, which include performance summaries of investment accounts, project summaries, and periodic market overview reports.
Correspondence: Prepare repayment, dividend payment, and update letters whenever necessary.
