Job Description

Responsibilities
 :
Support senior team members in marketing and growing the property finance business in East Asia.

Contribute to end-to-end deal execution and documentation processes.

Support internal coordination with credit, risk, legal, compliance and operations departments during transaction development.

Prepare credit applications, cash flow projections and property memos.

Support in the monitoring and analysis of the property loan portfolio in East Asia.

Requirements:
University graduate in real estate, business, finance or related discipline.

1 to 3 years’ experience with a commercial bank, investment bank and/or real estate fund.

Understanding of the real estate market in East Asia with good credit sense.

Fluent in written and spoken English.

Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
