Job Description
Drive efficiency as a Senior Associate in Resource Management at EY. This bilingual role in the Atlantic region focuses on project staffing and maximizing resource utilization.
In this position, you will be pivotal in supporting the Canada Assurance Resource Management Team. Your engagement with project leaders will ensure optimal staffing based on both skill sets and engagement needs, while managing staffing challenges effectively. You'll also facilitate team communication and help guide professional development opportunities through regular collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Discuss staffing needs with senior leadership regularly
• Optimize resource allocation across various projects
