Senior Associate, International Middle Markets

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Identify client needs, scope, cross‑sell and coordinate origination across the product suite and geographies. Maintain dialogue with allocated clients, awareness of client needs and issues within the broader relationship.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of our clients’ industries and associated markets, including both local and global dynamics, in order to inform strategic and operational dialogue with clients and to enhance problem solving.
• Analyse financial statements and company cashflows to identify and mitigate risk and identify opportunities.
• Take an innovative approach to solutions and origination activities, acting as a pitch‑book lead across the product set, mobilising stakeholders and SMEs (product, senior management) and contributing to meetings and stakeholder discussions.
