Senior Associate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with excellent experience in general commercial real estate transactional work for our UAE Real Estate team.

The role involves handling a diverse array of real estate transactions encompassing local initiatives within the UAE and KSA and supporting the firm's global clientele. The candidate will provide client‑centric, responsive service on high‑value and complex real estate projects.

• Advise clients on UAE real estate transactions and developments.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial real estate documents such as sale/purchase contracts, transfers, strata documents, leases and development agreements.
• Manage real estate due diligence requirements and supervise junior lawyers.
