The Role
The Role
- Responsibility for growing and building on insurance business within Asia and the M&A team internationally ensuring the delivery of revenue targets, in a compliant and ethical manner.
- Will provide directional management including financial and operational responsibility whilst adhering to Group standards.
- Will identify, manage and develop client, insurer and team relationships, and convert prospects in M&A and opportunities arising out of M&A into Finex and other LoBs.
- Help maintain staff competence by ensuring that staff skills or knowledge gaps are met with appropriate training and development, so they are able to perform to their maximum capability.
- Provide leadership, advice and guidance to the team maintaining high levels of integrity and morale.
