Our Corporate/M&A team is a full service practice advising on complex cross-border and domestic M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, disposals, W&I insurance, governance, franchising, general commercial and corporate advisory matters. Working across 3 of our corporate partners in Sydney, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Associate to join a close knit, and highly collaborative team.
