We are looking for a Senior Associate, M&A to join the Global M&A and Investments team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. This role will be based in Berlin.
The team is circa 7-9 members, led by Global Head of M&A who reports directly to the CEO. We are responsible for origination and execution of all M&A transactions at Delivery Hero globally - including (but not limited to) acquisitions, divestitures and investments. We support Delivery Hero management board and supervisory board with M&A-related planning, decision-making and potential ad-hoc projects / topics as needed.
Support overall project management (including collaboration with advisors) and execution for M&A transactions
Independently manage valuation, commercial and financial due diligence and documentation review activities
