Role Summary
• Maintain and troubleshoot network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controller, and access points).
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance/connectivity, ensure its aligned and compliance with company security standard.
• Perform database backups and disaster recovery, user access management, and performance monitoring, troubleshooting, database optimization and tuning.
• Support IT projects involving both network and database systems not limited to vendor engagement, design, configuration, installation, and enhancements.
• Document processes, reports generation, SOPs and knowledge sharing with the team.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years in a networking role with some database administration exposure.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewall configuration.
