Senior Associate Managed Mandarin Speaker

Vialto Partners is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Associate to support global mobility operations for international and domestic employee assignments.

Role overview:

Act as key contact for employees on business travel, transfers & relocations

Provide guidance on mobility policies, tax, immigration & compliance (PWD regulations)

Coordinate with HR, clients & vendors to ensure smooth deployments

Monitor risks, ensure compliance, and support process improvements

Deliver strong employee and client support experience

Requirements:

Strong communication, empathy & interpersonal skills

Ability to handle high-volume cases in a fast-paced environment

Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Strong multitasking and time management abilities

Cultural understanding of Mandarin-speaking regions preferred
