Role Summary

A skilled individual who will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of all solid manufacturing activities by adhering to established procedures, cGMP and EHS standards, while maintaining up-to-date documentation and records in compliance with GMP requirements.

Role Responsibilities

* Execute daily manufacturing schedule, prepare weekly & fortnightly manufacturing plan according to availability of material and resources.

* Prioritize and stimulate the reduction or elimination of non-value-added activities and to reduce scrap, rework, and shrinkage, and to increase yields.

* Ensure products are manufactured under controlled environment, meeting CGMP guidelines, EHS and Housekeeping Standards. Assure compliance with local and related SOPs.

* Accountable to meet scheduled operation due dates, daily run rates, Lean sigma, etc. in a timely manner.
