Role Summary

Trade Activation Manager is responsible for making all the sales and marking plans executable in the market. The role is responsible for Trade Programs, Activations, Customer and Doctor Engagement, Visibility etc. Cycle planning and execution is one of the core objectives of the role.

Role Responsibilities

* Plan, implement, and monitor trade programs and activations across channels.

* Own cycle planning and execution, ensuring activities are delivered on time and in full

* Lead customer and doctor engagement initiatives in line with brand and sales strategy.

* Coordinate closely with marketing, and field teams to drive alignment and execution excellence

* Track execution quality, identify gaps, and take corrective actions
