Membership Recruitment and Organizing

• Plan, manage and execute campaigns / roadshows to acquire union members
• Collate and analyse membership data to track effectiveness of recruitment efforts and drive best practices.
• Conduct environmental scan for new companies to organise and follow up with organising activities

Membership Retention

• Plan and execute retention campaigns / programs to reduce member attrition
• Maintain regular contact and gather feedback from members to improve services and programs

Gift Procurement

• Oversee the procurement and distribution of membership gifts
• Ensure timeliness of the entire process which will include gift selection, vendor selection and interactions, doing up and managing the timeline for distribution to members
