Strong understanding of Maharashtra land laws and regulatory processes.
Expertise in Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, MCGM, MHADA, and CIDCO regulations.
In-depth knowledge of RERA, Transfer of Property Act, Stamp Act, Registration Act, and local municipal laws.
Experience in real estate litigation and dispute resolution.
Practicing law in Mumbai.
Proficient in Marathi is a must.
