Goldberg, PLLC is a Brooklyn-based law firm that litigates across the nation against big tech companies and fights for victims of sexual assault, blackmail, and stalking. The Senior Associate will participate in all areas of our legal practice - representing victims of sexual violence, stalking, gender-based violence and personal injury against Big Tech. This firm fiercely advocates for online companies to be held responsible for harms they cause. The Senior Associate will have a caseload that involves litigation in state and federal courts, as well as family courts. The Senior Associate may also be expected to supervise other associates. The firm has mental health support systems in place, but any candidate will need to have coping strategies for difficult subject areas.
