Job Description

                    JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Production Coordinator to manage vendor purchasing, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure timely execution and delivery of customized corporate gifting orders. This role requires strong coordination between sales, vendors, and internal teams to meet client expectations, manage timelines, and proactively handle procurement or production challenges.

KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Vendor Purchase & Procurement 
● Manage end-to-end vendor purchasing for ready-stock and customized gifting products. 
● Coordinate with multiple vendors to confirm stock availability, pricing, MOQs, and delivery timelines.
