Senior Associate, Procurement

Key Responsibilities
Support Project Team in cost plan estimates.
Support Project Team in value engineering activities to achieve the design and cost optimisation in accordance with the project objectives.
Jointly formulate Procurement Strategy and Contract Implementation Strategy with Project Team that align with the company vision and project objectives.
Support the Project Team in budget preparation, budget monitoring and cashflow update.
Support the User Department in the sourcing, negotiation, and appointment of suppliers / consultants / contractors for Project Purchase including pre-qualification, tender and award, whilst ensuring compliance with the Procurement Policy and Procurement SOP.
Manage Approved Vendor List, encompassing the screening and registration of prospective vendors (pre-qualification) and vendor performance management.
