Senior Associate-Procurement

Department: Finance/Legal Location: Vietnam Department: Finance/Legal Location: Vietnam Job Description •Demonstrate ownership and accountability for the Category.
• Oversee the end to end Source to Pay process for the Category
• Engage, build and maintain relationships with Internal and External Stakeholders, advising on Procurement short-term and long-term options and strategies.
• Initiate cost/spend analysis, market research and benchmarking to establish baseline and set targets.
• Ensure Contracts are in place as needed.
• Develop a Supplier Management Plan for key and critical suppliers for consistent supplier performance and risk mitigation.
• Be an enabler for the business thru collaboration with co-enabling functions within Finance, HR, Legal, IT.
