Senior Associate - Real Estate Equity

About the Role

Buckden Partners have been mandated to search for a Senior Associate on behalf of one of our long standing clients who operate in the PRS sector. The business is focused on acquiring and managing single family assets across the UK and is funded through a number of different PE funding schemes.

As the business continues to grow we are looking for a Senior Associate to be part of the acquisitions team. The role will be very varied and will give the successful candidate exposure to a number of different elements of the business.

Responsibilities

• Review pipeline of PRS sites to include all cashflow and financial appraisal work, including the preparation and presentation of Memos to internal Investment, and Credit Risk Committees;
• Lead on the negotiations of commercial terms for JV relationships and the structuring of framework agreement with PRS partners, as well as the execution of those transactions;
