Senior Associate, Security

Job Description:
1. Take charge of the routinary administrative deliverables of the HSSE Security Team, such as:
Data Management - Ensure that all security incidents, project deployment reports, periodic assessment are collected, tagged and transmitted to the responsible personnel.
Document Preparation - Prepare inter-office communications, operational requests, executive summaries, including Monthly and Weekly updates
Records Management - Safeguard sensitive data and cyber-documents, ensuring data integrity during the transition to standard data applications.
Consistent Communication – Ensure clear and constant communication across different organizational groups.
Corporate Security Program Maintenance – Maintain compliance with periodic activities, standard training, company protocols and policies.
Budgetary Management – Plan, monitor, control, and report of expenditures for both office and field personnel
