Senior Associate

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Funds Practice within a prestigious offshore law firm growing in Singapore.  The team is composed of some of the top lawyers from around the world who focus on the structuring, formation and maintenance of regulated and unregulated investment funds in offshore jurisdictions. The role will focus on continuing to build out this practice with a particular emphasis on the Chinese market.
Requirements:
- Senior Associate at 5-8 years PQE with solid investment funds experience in either an onshore or offshore international law firm;
- Must be admitted to practice law in the UK;
- Must be a mandarin speaker;
- A solid academic background is also crucial as transcripts will be requested during the screening process.
