Senior Associate

Job Responsibilities:
To assist in the management of all private real estate funds and investment projects including and not limited to the followings:
Tracking of capital repayments and dividend payments
Cashflow projections
Maintenance of files documenting the individual PE Investment projects
Repayment letters and dividend payment letters, whenever necessary
Liaising with the Project Management and Finance teams on project and cash flow updates
To work with external consultants and the in-house team on the establishment and structuring of new private real estate funds including but not limited to preparation of fund documents, marketing materials, addressing investor due diligence questions, negotiations, and executing fund documentation;
To assist in investor activities, including investor onboarding, customer due diligence, capital calls and distributions
