**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Prepare annual statutory financial statements in compliance with local regulations and/or IFRS, ensuring all requirements are met.
+ Review GAAP differences and timing items, and accurately reflect these in the financial statements.
+ Post statutory adjustments and maintain precise statutory ledgers.
