Mon–Fri, Office Hours

Hybrid work arrangement

Salary: Up to $3,700

Responsibilities

• Liaise with 3PL for inbound & outbound shipments
• Sales order processing & billing (SG consignment business)
• Monthly stock reconciliation & inventory transactions (ERP)
• Handle APAC customer POs, invoices & credit notes
• Follow up payments with Finance
• Shipping docs, approvals & tracking
• Prepare inventory & sales reports

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain / Business / Logistics
• Minimum 1–3 yrs supply chain / logistics / inventory experience
• Familiar with export documentation & LC
• ERP system knowledge
• Strong Excel skills
