This includes identifying appropriate sources of talents and management of strategic partners to develop talent pipeline supporting business growth and employer branding. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage business unit expectations while demonstrating a visible commitment to fulfilling recruitment goals.
