This role involves advising on intricate corporate tax matters, including group restructurings and optimizations, as well as handling various aspects of M&A transactions. The Senior Associate will also focus on identifying and implementing tax efficiencies to enhance financial outcomes.
Requirements LLB / CA (SA)
LLM (Advantageous)
Minimum 3 years PQE in a Law Firm / Consulting Firm, in a Tax team #J-18808-Ljbffr
