Senior Associate, Transaction Advisory Services & FP&A SupportJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice.In this role, you will lead and support both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements on behalf of private equity clients while also providing post-close FP&A support to their portfolio companies.This is an excellent opportunity to for a finance professional looking to deepen their deal execution experience while building lasting relationships with PE sponsors and their management teams across the investment cycle (from pre-close diligence through post-acquisition value creation).
