Job Description
Responsible for end-to-end deal execution for multiple transactions across sectors
To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction, leading the transaction until it gets closed (client visits, meetings, collateral preparation, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)
Taking lead in industry research, market mapping, preparing mandate pitches, client interface
Having good grasp on latest sector trends and offerings in the market
Proficiency in developing financial model, information memorandums, valuations & valuation scenarios
