The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Wills & Estates team within a well-established Greater Sydney law firm.

This role offers exposure to a broad range of estate and succession matters, including:

• Estate planning and complex succession structuring
• Estate administration from start to finish
• Trust structures and asset protection advice
• Contested estates and family provision claims
• Equity litigation and dispute resolution

You will play a central role in advising clients on complex matters, drafting key legal documentation, and managing files autonomously. The position also provides scope to supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support staff, contributing to both team development and client excellence.
