Senior Associate/Associate Director (Litigation)

Kertar & Sandhu LLC is bringing onboard a Senior Associate/ Associate Director to join its litigation team. The litigation team handles a variety of work ranging from family to civil & commercial matters. Key Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day conduct of litigation matters, including drafting and reviewing court documents Nurturing relationships with clients and providing sound legal advice to clients Representing clients effectively in negotiations, mediations, court hearings and trials Working closely with team members to develop strategies and drive outcomes Keeping abreast of relevant legislation, case law, and legal trends Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in litigation A Law degree from a local university or a recognized foreign institution under the Legal Profession Act Admitted to practice law in Singapore Interested applicants are to send their CV with a cover letter to (HIDDEN TEXT) and (HIDDEN TEXT).
