Job Description

The Role

This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts and exits, corporate governance, board advisory matters, and securities law. Working alongside a Partner and team with deep expertise in both domestic and cross-border transactions, you will play a key role in structuring, drafting, and negotiating transactions.

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven expertise in Corporate M&A, ideally gained within a top-tier firm environment. Exposure to private equity transactions will be looked upon favourably.
  • A strong academic record.
  • For Senior Associates:a proven ability to lead matters, negotiations and teams;a willingness to help build client relationships through networking and business development; anda genuine passion for mentoring and developing junior lawyers, including providing constructive and timel...
