(Senior) ATM Service Engineer - Voice Systems (all genders)

Job Introduction As a Service Engineer, you will coordinate the technical specification, integration, and acceptance of technical voice communication solutions for air traffic control. You are the main point of contact for all technical matters for your long standing installed based customers. Additionally you are responsible for coordinating with the respective development teams, which are distributed internationally. Key Tasks

Main point of contact for your customers at the 2nd and 3rd level support level and analyze and fix system errors. 

Thanks to your proximity to customers, you understand their needs and operational requirements and contribute to ongoing product improvement. 

Participation in international projects in collaboration with branches and partner companies.

Coordinating and carrying out error analysis and remedies. 

Review of technical solutions with regard to security requirements, evaluation of necessary measures.
