Description We are looking for a dedicated Senior Attorney to provide legal representation to low-income tenants facing eviction and housing-related challenges in Bronx, New York. This role involves managing a dynamic caseload, advocating for clients in court, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support housing retention efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Represent tenants in non-payment and holdover eviction cases, ensuring their legal rights are protected.
• Advocate for clients in Bronx Housing Court and at administrative termination hearings.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, motions, and orders to show cause with precision and attention to detail.
