Your Role and Responsibilities
- Senior Attorney in charge of providing advice to clients on IT related transactions (software, Cloud, etc.), complex client transactions, negotiation with clients and general legal advice.
- Focus on IT, financial sector clients and regulations, administrative law and public procurement, compliance.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Attorney qualified to practice law in Mexico, with ample experience in commercial transactions, contract negotiations, general corporate law.
