Senior AU Accountant

Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management, ideally in a leadership role
Professional certification (CPA, CA, CFA, or CMA) essential
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
Experience in aged care, NDIS, healthcare, or community services (highly desirable)
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP and financial systems
Strong attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality
A practical, hands-on leadership style with a leader as coach mindset
What will you do?
Overseeing day-to-day financial operations and supervising Accounts Assistants
Supporting budgeting, management reporting, KPI reporting, and financial analysis
