ABOUT THE ROLE:
This role focuses primarily on conducting financial audits and reviews for HOAs, construction contractors, and nonprofit organizations, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and GAAS. Responsibilities include preparing thorough audit documentation, evaluating internal controls, and providing improvement recommendations. Secondary duties involve preparing federal and state tax returns for HOAs and nonprofits, including Forms 1120-H, 1120, and 990.
