Job Description

Our test platform development team is under Characterization and Analysis Group (CAG) that provides test and equipment solutions to support design learnings at the transducer level to the Transducer Design teams. We work closely with CAG-US and transducer designers in MN, USA, and Springtown, UK.

About the role - you will:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain automation software solutions for hardware integration and test system optimization.

  • Design and implement software tools and platforms to support equipment testing and data analysis in accordance with Seagate standards.

  • Ensure all software development activities adhere to Seagate’s SOP39 safety standard and documentation requirements.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process and technology enhancements within the CAG framework.
