                    A leading manufacturing company in Reynosa, Tamaulipas seeks a Technical Lead for global automation projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and automation integration. Responsibilities include leading equipment delivery, interfacing with external integrators, and participating in all project phases. Strong CAD skills (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks) and project management abilities are essential. Global travel is required.
