PACIV, a global leader in industrial automation solutions servicing the Life Sciences sector, is looking for a Senior Automation Technician to support troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement of industrial automation systems in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
This role provides hands-on technical support for PLC, SCADA, DCS, and historian systems, ensuring reliable plant operations and compliance with GMP requirements.
Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLCs, SCADA, DCS, OSI PI, and automation equipment.
Respond to alarms, system faults, and equipment failures during assigned shift coverage.
Perform root cause analysis and support CAPA activities for automation incidents.
Execute and maintain automation preventive maintenance (PM) activities.
Support automation system upgrades, improvements, and project tasks.
