Job Description

We are seeking a Senior AWS DataHub Developer for a high-priority engagement to support a critical data platform initiative. This is a client-facing role based in Calgary, requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions.

Duration - Until Dec plus extension

Location - Calgary

Work Mode - Onsite

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Senior Data Engineer / AWS Developer
  • Hands-on expertise with:
  • Kafka (streaming and event-driven architecture)
  • AWS Glue
  • ETL development and data pipeline design
  • AWS CDK (infrastructure as code)
  • Data processing frameworks and large-scale data handling
  • Proven experience working in AWS cloud environments
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns
