Senior AWS Platform Engineer (SC Cleared)

Day Rate: (Apply online only)/day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: Until end of May 2026 (extension highly likely)
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to London, Manchester, Leeds or Newcastle ( 2 days/month)
Clearance Required: Active SC clearance is essential

A major public sector programme is seeking multiple Senior AWS Platform Engineers to support the development of a secure, scalable cloud hosting platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Implement secure networking (VPC, ALB, Transit Gateway, WAF)
• Support CI/CD pipeline deployments and automation
• Deploy and manage containerised workloads (ECS, Docker)
• Contribute to observability (CloudWatch, Prometheus)
• Collaborate with architects and mentor junior engineers
