What you'll do (hands-on)

• Build and scale backend services that power multi-channel outreach and real-time customer workflows
• Design and maintain integration pipelines for multiple CRMs (and EHRs if applicable)
• Implement reliable webhook ingestion, event processing, and background job systems
• Own API performance and reliability: rate limiting, retries, idempotency, pagination, error handling
• Improve observability and production readiness: logging, metrics, tracing, SLIs/SLOs, incident triage
• Collaborate closely with product and frontend teams to ship feature...
