Senior Backend Developer

Role Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Backend Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of MLH’s backend systems. The Senior Backend Developer will play a critical role in strengthening the platform’s architecture, improving system scalability, and mentoring a backend team of 2–3 developers.
