Senior Backend Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our engineering team and build the core services and integrations that power our clients operations. You'll design and implement scalable APIs, workflow automation systems, and complex integrations between operations, finance, and customer-facing platforms.

Responsibilities:

API Development & Architecture:

• Design and build RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Develop microservices architecture on AWS (Lambda, ECS, EventBridge)
• Implement event-driven systems for real-time data processing
• Build robust error handling, retry logic, and failover mechanisms

Platform Integrations:

• Build and maintain integrations with Portside Horizon for operations data
• Develop NetSuite integrations for financial data synchronization
• Create Salesforce integrations for CRM and customer service workflows
