Senior Backend Engineer (Remote)
Building Operations Platform
We're looking for a senior backend engineer to help build and maintain our building operations platform. You'll work with modern technologies to create APIs and data pipelines that power our digital twin solution.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain APIs using Fast API and Python
Integrate external services and APIs into our platform
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, ensuring data security and compliance with best practices
Work with time series data stored in Azure Data Lake Storage
Help maintain data pipelines using Dagster
Collaborate with a cross functional team
Participate in code reviews and architecture decisions
Required Skills
5+ years of Python development experience
Experience with Fast API or similar web frameworks
Solid understanding of API design principles
Experience with cloud services (preferably Azure)
