Senior Backend Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer with deep expertise in to join our growing development team. You'll be responsible for building scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices that power our web and mobile platforms. What You'll Own
Architect and build scalable, secure backend systems using
Design and maintain clean, versioned REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
Lead implementation and customization of Strapi as a headless CMS (content modeling, custom controllers, services, plugins, and middleware).
Structure backend systems using modular, maintainable architecture patterns.
Optimize distributed systems for performance, resilience, and observability.
Implement database schemas across SQL and NoSQL environments with performance-first thinking.
Design caching strategies, queues, and background job processing systems.
