About the Role

As an Everyday Banking Coach, you’ll help customers navigate a range of different products (including customer Bank Accounts, Credit Cards, Personal Loans and General Insurances) and recommend the best suitable product to match their financial goals and needs.

Our team of close-knit specialists come from a range of backgrounds but they all share one thing - a passion for connecting with people, problem solving and customer experience.
